Post Sat’s Fun Sessions for Year 6

Outdoor Learning enhances children’s learning experiences. Promoting physical activity, building team work skills. emotional well-being and practical skills through interesting hands-on activities in natural settings.

Introduction 10-10:15am
Quick chat about the site, what we are going to be doing, then young people get into groups for activities.

Activity Sessions 10:30-12:30
Groups to move around activities, allowing all to try each one. Low Ropes climbing course/Gladiator inflatable/Pedal karts/Soft Archery & Soft Tomahawks/Laser tag

Lunch Break 12:30-1pm

Activity Sessions 1:15 – 2pm
Free flow choice of activity

Campfire & Goodbye 2- 2:30pm
Marshmallows around the campsite fire.

We can develop a bespoke package for your visit on request. Altering activities, or introducing new ones.

If schools are travelling in mini-buses and so bring half a class at a time we can provide a fun, orienteering activity for the waiting groups.

Cost for a class visit is £7.50 per pupil, staff are free of charge.

Groups to bring own packed lunches. It is an outdoor site so will require suitable clothing and footwear for the weather.
