Try your aim in our dedicated shooting range.
Rifle Shooting is a great opportunity to introduce young people to the sport of shooting in a safe and controlled environment. For many young people, this will be their first encounter with fire arms outside of video games, and, as such, a great chance to develop a healthy respect for them.
As with any shooting sport, you’ll need to take a deep breath, be in control, and work on your coordination if you want to get your shots on target. You’ll probably get a few goes, so you’ll need to focus when you’re up and wait for others in between.
At Bramhope, using air rifles is usually available to young people above the age of 8 years. Parent permission forms are required for all young people taking part in the activity below the age of 18.
Please note that appropriate National Small-bore Rifle Association (NSRA) qualification is needed by the instructor. If you require an Instructor then please make this known at the time of booking. Many of our Instructors are volunteers, so the more notice the better. To get the most out of the session, it is recommended that additional Leaders attend the session to assist the Instructor.
