Bookings can be made for our indoor centre and camping. We have several areas available for booking. Each area contains one or more pitches. (see the site map for more information and pictures).

Do you have an availability checker?

You can check the availability checker. Existing bookings are shown in colours relating to the buildings/camping pitches. You can hover over the existing booking on the calendar below to see what is already booked.

(Please note that the calendar is refreshed hourly, so if you make a booking and return to the calendar, it will not be shown immediately)

Do you require deposit?

Bramhope do require a deposit for all of our indoor accommodation and for larger camps.

How do I book?

Bookings can be made by using the online booking forms for both activities and accommodation/camping.

How do I make changes to my booking?

Please send an email through to either the bookings manager bookings@bramhope.co.uk for accommodation/camping bookings.

What do I need to make a booking?

Before starting your booking have the following information to hand as you will be asked to provide this during the booking process:

  1. Building/pitches required
  2. Number of adults / young people
  3. Approximate arrival/departure times

  • All bookings made online are created in a provisional state and will be reviewed by the booking secretary. Providing the information requested above will help to us to process your booking efficiently.
  • During the booking process you will be able to request the pitches you wish to book for your group. We may, from time to time, need to change the location you have chosen. This could be due to the answers you provide to the booking questions; weather/site conditions; or unplanned site maintenance. Should we need to change then we will contact you with alternative options, where possible.
  • We ask for your contact details at the time of booking.
  • Arrival times for weekends are from 4:30pm, departure time is 4pm. Earlier arrivals may be accommodated please ask at the time of booking.
  • Once your booking has been reviewed and approved you will receive a confirmation email.  Please check the details, paying particular attention to deposit amounts and deadlines.
